SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Your order will ship within 5 days. On the day your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details from our shipping partner UPS. This email will also state when you will receive your order by.
If the carrier has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits imposed by the carrier, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge not exceeding $20.00 to cover our costs in resending these goods out to you. You will also be charged postage at our current tariff if you require the goods to be re-delivered. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. You will need to take this up with the carrier. In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquiries have been completed. This can take up to 7 working days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, www.nkdskn.com shall, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or, at their discretion, refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing (quoting your Invoice number) at the address stated at the bottom of your confirmation email within 7 working days of delivery of the goods (subject to enquiries being completed).
Returns & Exchange Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your product, return within 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping costs), return within 30 days for an exchange. In all returns and exchanges, the customer is liable for additional shipping costs.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute and we will keep you informed about the progress.
